Frequently Asked Question

What is your return policy ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange opened products due to state regulations. Defective products will not be exchanged after 30 days from purchase date. All sales are final unless product is defective. Please give us a call so we can try to sort out the problem for you as needed.

For any missing items, make sure to call within 1 week of receiving your order or we will not be able to substitute or amend the mistake.

Do you send to my country ?

We ship within United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and all European countries. For countries out of these, please contact us before placing an order.

How long will it take to deliver my order ?

We strive to get our clients their products within a 36 hours time-frame max(we may delay due to traffic, holidays, events or issues out of our control), from the time payment was made. If we are running late we will make sure to reach out to you to keep you updated on delivery time.

Can I track my order ?

All orders are traceable on the concerned courier service website using their track and trace facility. When we send out your order, you will as well receive a confirmation email which contains the tracking reference number.

What happens if I don't get my package ?

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with the concerned shipping agency. If a trace is filed, the shipping agency will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x free replacement package if the value of your package is up to $300. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. This excludes packages marked [[Delivered]] by shipping agency but not received by customers

How do you package my shipment ?

We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking medical cannabis so no nosy neighbors would know it is anything other then a regular package from the post office.

If you haven’t heard back from us, please check your spam folder. If you’ve emailed us more than twice without reply, please email us one more time using a different email acount. You can also leave us a voicemail with your contact number and we will gladly call you back.

N.B.: HOTMAIL and some mail services have a really bad habit of junking our emails.

What kind of guarantee or warranty do you have on shipments ?

If after the 5 business days of trying to trace your order and the courier service declares your package “undiscoverable or missing”, there will be possible resend of order or reimbursement of the advanced payment at our shop.

My Shatter turned to Wax/Budder. Now what ?

Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat, humidity and even time. There is always a risk that the shatter you ordered could turn to wax or budder by the time you receive it.

Unfortunately, shatter turning to wax/budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter any less safe or any less potent in any way whatsoever. In fact, the terpenes and aromatics will be more present if this happens and the flavor will actually be increased.

We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder or wax

It has recently come to our attention that more and more websites are starting pop up that completely lift our images and plagiarize our copy and website in an effort to trick our customers and scam people who are actually trying to find our website. Please ensure that you are in fact on our website and verify the URL in your address bar before purchasing anything and when browsing the internet.
